In the Kitchen with Soda Pop PR: An At-Home Juice Recipe

One of the latest nutrition trends taking over LA is cold-pressed juice. It seems like a new juice shop pops up every week with new flavors and cleanses. We’ve become such fans of this healthy juicing revolution that we’ve invested in our own at-home juicers to satisfy our daily craving. Juicing is a simple and delicious way to pack more fruit and vegetables into your diet and we hope you’ll enjoy our delicious ginger beet juice recipe below!

2 servings, about 8 ounces each

ACTIVE TIME:         

15 minutes


1 large beet

4 tall celery stalks

8 kale leaves

2 medium apples, cored and sliced

1 1-inch piece peeled fresh ginger

1 lemon, peeled

2 medium whole carrots


1. Wash the fruit and vegetables thoroughly.

2. Remove the carrot and beetroot tops. Peel lemon. Slice and remove apple cores.

3. Slice vegetables and fruit into manageable sizes to fit your juicer.

4. Process kale, apple, lemon, celery, carrot, beet and ginger through your juicer and divide juice evenly into two glasses.

Enjoy within 72 hours to receive the highest nutritional benefits.

TIP: Keep all your ingredients in the fridge prior to juicing. This will make your juice cooler without having to add ice, which could water down the flavor.
