SPPR Proudly Supports Upcoming Something to Remember Event

We’re happy to announce that Soda Pop PR has partnered with celebrity, fashion and fine art photographer Jana Cruder to provide PR support for her 3rd annual Something to Remember event. The project provides professional family portrait experiences free of charge to families affected by cancer. After losing her mother to a 22-year battle with breast cancer, Cruder was compelled to give back to the cancer community through her profession, and Something to Remember was born. This year’s event, taking place on Saturday, December 7th at The Focus Studio in Venice, CA, will give local families ‘Something to Remember’ with memories captured on camera and video to cherish for generations to come.

“Often when a loved one is diagnosed with cancer, everything is put on hold, including family portraits, while that family member undergoes treatment,” said Cruder. “Some participants haven’t received a professional photo session since their wedding.” Through this project, Cruder hopes to give cancer a face and inspire others to explore how they can help.

Everyone has been touched by cancer in one way or another and this cause is especially meaningful to us around the holidays when we gather with the ones we love – whether in person, in spirit or in memory. We are honored to participate in this project and hope you will join us in spreading the word about this meaningful cause.
